THAI YOGA MASSAGE
This traditional ancient system works on the body helping restore natural flow and harmony. The slow pace of massage has a very calming effect allowing the receiver to stay passive and relaxed throughout the treatment.
It includes pleasant muscle massage as well as deep pressure work on the SENS - energy lines, using acupressure, yoga stretches and postures.
Treatment is given fully clothed, clients are advices to wear loose cotton clothing.
Cost £95 for 1.5 hours, £155 for 2.5 hours
ENERGY FLOW HOLISTIC MASSAGE
Developed after years of practice, working on the whole body's energetic system - energy lines, as well as muscles, soft tissues, lymphatic system.
A deep and relaxing treatment, This is a full body massage, using oils , mainly organic cold press sunflower oil as it very good base and non nut based oil.
Cost £75 per hour or £105 for 90 min and £140 2 hrs
PREGNANCY AND LABOUR MASSAGE

A specialised massage to fit the pregnant body. While being pregnant is one of the greatest blessing in life, as the pregnancy progress it can take it's toll on the body, there are muscles which keep the body in balance as it gets heavier, that we weren't even aware of before. There are so many changes physically, emotionally and mentally
Massage is a great way to release stress of all levels, released tension and relax.
Another part of this massage is for labour, there are certain massaging movements that aid birth and relief labour contraction pain.
Cost £75 per hour.
REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy
Reiki helps vital use balance and healing in all physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. In addition to the energy sacred symbols amplify and focus the energy.
Cost £70 per hour.
COLOUR HEALING
Using a ray of coloured silks, which correlates to the colours of the bodies chakras- body's 7main spinning energy centres.
Like with sound so does the colour has frequencies, colour and sound are measured in Hz, colour are a higher frequency of sound a work on a more gentle subtle way. I also use colour essences in this treatment.
Cost £40 per 1/2 hour, £70 per hour
SOUND HEALING
You are taken on a journey within using the sound of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls and my voice - using toning and over toning. Our bodies are made of vibrating frequencies , each and every organ has its own frequency. When we are unwell we are simply out of tune , and like a musical instrument, need to be tune back to the right vibrational frequency.
I use certain sounds to allow the body to tune back and vibrate in the right harmonious frequency. Also using these sounds allow the brain to go into theta brain wave, which put the body into optimum state , in which it does its own healing, cell rejuvenation.

Q- GONG LESSONS
Q-Gong pronounced Chi Gong meaning life force practice in Chinese. With this practice of movements and meditation, we allow the breathe and energy that passes through our bodies-that vital energy that sustains us, to flow and create balance and strength. Strengthening our internal organzas well as the flow of blood, the movements keep our joints mobile and healthy.
