THAI YOGA MASSAGE
This traditional ancient system works on the body helping restore natural flow and harmony. The slow pace of massage has a very calming effect allowing the receiver to stay passive and relaxed throughout the treatment.
It includes pleasant muscle massage as well as deep pressure work on the SENS - energy lines, using acupressure, yoga stretches and postures.
Treatment is given fully clothed, clients are advices to wear loose cotton clothing.

ENERGY FLOW HOLISTIC MASSAGE
This unique form of specialised massage has been developed after years of practice, It is a combination of treating the whole body's energetic system - energy lines, as well as the muscles, the soft tissues, the bones and the lymphatic system.
it offers a wholesome therapeutic treatment, by listening to the body and allowing the energy to open, shifting the energies that were held in different areas of the body.
A deep and relaxing treatment, This is a full body massage, using oils , mainly organic cold press grape seed oil as it very good base and non nut based oil.
Cost £75 per hour or £107 for 90 min and £145 2 hrs
PREGNANCY AND LABOUR MASSAGE

A specialised massage to fit the pregnant body. While being pregnant is one of the greatest blessing in life, as the pregnancy progress it can take it's toll on the body, there are muscles which keep the body in balance as it gets heavier, that we weren't even aware of before. There are so many changes physically, emotionally and mentally
Massage is a great way to release stress of all levels, released tension and relax.
Another part of this massage is for labour, there are certain massaging movements that aid birth and relief labour contraction pain.

HEALING PRACTICE

REIKI Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of maintaining a healthy and happy levels of wellbeing.
Reiki helps vital use balance and healing in all physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. In addition to the energy sacred symbols amplify and focus the energy.

Primarily we heal ourselves, Reiki is a channel that helps direct the flow of energy to assist in the healing process.

COLOUR HEALING
Using a ray of coloured silks, perfectly created to match the colours of the bodies chakras system - the energy centres and Colour essences , which were precisely created in an alchemy, using flowers plants and gemstones.
With a direct deep instruction to the body, mind and spirit, to transform through this use of light energy and the assistance of the angelic realm, we create a gentle yet deep healing session.
Like Sound healing Colour has frequencies, colour and sound both are measured in Hz frequency , the colour is a higher frequency than sound and so work on a more gentle subtle way yet very profound effects.
Cost £40 per 1/2 hour, £75 per hour
SOUND HEALING
You are taken on a journey within using the sound of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls and my voice - using toning and over toning. Our bodies are made of vibrating frequencies , each and every organ has its own frequency. When we are unwell we are simply out of tune , and like a musical instrument, need to be tune back to the right vibrational frequency.
The certain sounds that are used allow the body to tune back and vibrate in the right harmonious frequency. Elevating the body's ability to heal . By using these sounds we also provide the brain the right frequency in which it goes into theta brain wave, these specific brain waves, put the body into optimum state , in which it does its own healing, cell rejuvenation, clarifications, sorting and fixings etc.
